Overview
A campaign and content production project for Nyland, created around the launch of Lea’s new one-of-one collection, Wild Honey. Developed in collaboration with creative director Jakub Biben, the project was built around a high-fashion visual concept inspired by playfulness, youth, and standout handmade garments.
The collection itself was made from up-cycled vintage materials and dead-stock fabrics, making each piece unique. The goal of the production was to create a large and versatile content library that could support both the website and social media launch of the collection:
Capture full-body campaign imagery and core product packshots
Create creative assets for social media and landing pages
Showcase the craftsmanship and details of the garments through video
Produce enough content for both brand storytelling and product-focused use
Complete both photo and video production within a single shoot day
My role
Videographer + Editor
I supported the photography production and was responsible for capturing and editing the video content, as well as documenting behind-the-scenes footage throughout the day.
Creative approach
High-fashion inspired execution
The overall visual direction was rooted in a more fashion-led approach, using creative props and expressive actions to match the bold and one-of-a-kind nature of the collection.
Video built around movement and detail
My focus was to create mostly static but visually intentional shots, while also using movement from the model to bring the garments to life and highlight their shape, texture, and construction.
Product storytelling through close-ups
To support a product showcase in video format, we captured a large number of close-up shots that emphasized the uniqueness and craftsmanship of each piece.
Creative social assets
Alongside the more classic collection content, we also created short-form social assets built around actions and props — including scenes with card building and expressive paint work — to give the launch a more playful and standout feel.
Efficient one-day production
Both the photo and video assets were captured in a single production day, requiring a focused and efficient approach to make sure we covered both campaign visuals and practical content needs.
Results
The project delivered a broad content library that gave Nyland strong visual assets for both website and social media use. It combined clean product-focused material with more creative campaign content, helping present the Wild Honeycollection in a way that felt both fashion-forward and true to its playful concept.
