Overview
A fashion show and event coverage project for Coyt during Copenhagen Fashion Week, created to capture both the runway show and the brand’s shift from classic tailoring into a more modern, tech-driven direction.
Across two production days, the goal was to build a flexible content library for social media, website use, and brand communication by capturing:
The runway show
Backstage preparation, fittings, and BTS
Interviews and talking-head content about the brand concept
Extra editorial-style assets at CIFF
My role
Videographer + Editor + Creative Concept Development
I led the video side of the production, including ideation, planning, filming, and editing. During the live event, I worked as the sole videographer while a second photographer covered stills.
Creative approach
Social-first event coverage
The content was captured with social media in mind first, while still giving enough flexibility to be turned into multiple assets afterwards.
Fast-paced but flexible shooting
With the runway lasting only around 15–25 minutes, I focused on capturing a mix of wide shots, close-ups, movement, and atmosphere to make the footage as usable as possible.
Backstage to runway storytelling
A key part of the project was showing the full process behind the event — from fittings and prep to the final runway show — to make the content feel more immersive and story-driven.
Blending tailoring, fashion, and tech
The content also supported Coyt’s wider repositioning by combining fashion-focused visuals with talking-head and event content explaining their AI-supported tailoring concept.
Editorial follow-up content
On the second day, I captured extra photo and video assets of a model wearing one of the looks in a more natural setting, giving the brand more editorial and lifestyle-driven content.
Results
The project delivered a broad content library across runway coverage, backstage storytelling, interviews, and editorial assets. The content has already generated over 90,000 views across organic socials and is also being used for website, outreach, and future brand communication.
